We run a number of meditation evenings which are mostly in our studio in Dunmurry, Belfast. These meditation evenings run from 6.30-8.30pm. If you would be interested in any of these events keep an eye on our events page or follow us on Facebook.  

Studio opens from 6.30pm for tea /coffee and to relax before relaxing into the studio at 6.50pm.  Gates into the studio lock at 7pm so all those attending must be in the studio by 6.50pm at the latest.  

Each month we work through a different topic.  These evenings are suitable for all levels from total beginners to those who practice regularly.  You are welcome to meditate in whatever position makes you comfortable.  Chairs are provided but you are welcome to bring along a yoga mat, meditation stools or whatever suits you best.  My aim is to make this practice open and inclusive of all who wish to learn to still the mind.   We have lots of blankets in the studio but you are also very welcome to bring along your own.

To retreat from life for a few days is the best form of "self care".  Time to come back to your true self and plug yourself back into nature.  It is. like recharging the batteries.  It is more than a holiday.  It is a time to nourish the body, mind and soul.   Once you have experienced a retreat and felt the level of stillness at a very deep level, you will always know that you will return.
