Dates for the next 8 week BodyTap programme will be Wednesday 6th February. This will be week one of the programme and an introduction to Tapping for Weight and Body Related issues.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) also known as tapping is an evidence based approach technique that can be used for an array of purposes. This programme uses tapping techniques along with latest research and information to deal with weight and body image issues. We also cover stress relief techniques like mindfulness and meditation. Everyone is welcome. We have girls who have attended who have struggled with putting on weight, are highly stressed with control and perfectionism issues to those that have wanted to shed a few pounds to others who have severe health related weight issues. This is a sit down programme. You do not need to share anything or speak out. It is a short time each week for you to learn and take time to work on your own mind in a safe environment. For anyone else joining. I would always be cynical about things like this but it really works. Annette is a great teacher, full of knowledge, personality and humour. You will learn skills that can assist you for the rest of your life. Definitely do it!

Leon from Kilkeel: Before I joined this group I was obsessed by losing weight. I had very unhealthy emotions linked to food in particular bread and carbs. Annette said a few things that have really helped me.....'It's just food' and unless it's been 4 to 6 hours since you last ate then you are not hungry. This has really stopped me in my tracks a few times. This course made me realise a lot about myself and has been a huge part of my personal development in 2018.

You will then be invited along to the first night. After the first night if you are not drawn to it, you are under no obligation to do any more. If you would like to continue with the rest of the 7 weeks, you will be sent a PayPal invoice for £99 to cover the rest of the programme.
