Getting engaged and planning a wedding is a time to celebrate your love and commitment. But as exciting and meaningful as it is, it’s also stressful. Not only for the bride/groom but also for the families of the couple as well.
You may feel stress about the expense of the wedding, the commitment of being a married couple, the actual day and feeling uncomfortable about being the centre of attention or even stressing about living up to the expectations of your guests and others.
As hard as it is for people to admit to being stressed about an upcoming wedding, it is beneficial that you do. There are lots of tips and tricks around de-stressing and letting you enjoy the lead up and the day of the wedding so admitting to this and learning about these techniques will make your whole experience more enjoyable.
We are going to be running an evening workshop on how to destress in the forms of mindfulness, meditation and EFT tapping.
This is a 1 and a half hour workshop based in our Studio in City Business Park. It will cost £15 per person and will start at 6.45pm sharp (the industrial park gates close at 7pm so make sure you are on time).
